SAFETY AUDITS

Colby for Service, a division of Colby Southern was developed specifically for providing expert advice and safety programs for any type or brand of racking, including any other Australian made rack. As part of this service we offer a full report of any repairs, replacement or signage that is required and advice of the frequency of inspections that you will require. In some high traffic operations, annual inspections are not sufficient.

We also assess if your rack design is optimal for your operations and is compatible with the pallets and equipment in use.

We then provide a site specific safety manual that provides a full audit trail of the inspection program, damage reports and certificates once corrective action is completed.

Systems are also put in place to reduce any further damage and provide safer operation. This is achieved by installing rack protection and educating your staff in the correct method of using racking and the best way of recognizing potential problems.

To help you maintain a safe warehouse and identify damage we provide an operations and maintenance manual that will guide your staff on how to identify risk levels and report accordingly.
